Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NG+ ("the Service"), a game tracking and social journaling app operated by NewGamePlus ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use NG+.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NG+. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create more than one account per person.
You may not use another person's account without their permission.
Account credentials must not be shared with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content

NG+ allows you to create and share content including game diary entries, reviews, ratings, playlists, screenshots, and voice notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of the content you create.

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We will not sell your content or use it for advertising.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that:

is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory;
infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
contains personal information of another person without their consent;
is spam, unsolicited advertising, or automated content;
contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

In-App Purchases — Platinum

NG+ offers a one-time Platinum Supporter purchase. This is a permanent, non-subscription payment that unlocks your Platinum badge and supports continued development of the app.

One-time payment — you are charged once. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.
No expiration — your Platinum status does not expire. It is tied to your account permanently.
Restore purchases — if you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore purchase" option on the Platinum screen to recover your status.
Refunds — refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Future features — Platinum unlocks access to features released at the time of purchase and future Platinum-tier features as they are added. Feature availability may change over time.

All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use NG+ only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not:

attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Service;
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users.

Intellectual Property

The NG+ name, logo, app design, and all original content created by us are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Game titles, cover art, and metadata displayed in the app are sourced from IGDB and remain the property of their respective rights holders. NG+ is not affiliated with any game publisher or platform holder.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NG+ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any game metadata, ratings, or user-generated content displayed in the app.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NewGamePlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
